Compassionate Support for Teens and Young Adults—Regardless of How You're Defined

Feeling overwhelmed by stress, identity struggles, legal pressures, or trauma? Whether you're navigating school, sports, family expectations, or even the complexities of immigration and legal systems, you don’t have to go through it alone. I offer a supportive space for teens and young adults—ages 13 and up—where every part of your experience is seen, affirmed, and respected.

In my practice, I work with individuals from all walks of life, including LGBTQ+ youth, neurodivergent clients, and those involved with the legal or immigration system. Whether you’re managing digital stress, exploring gender and sexual identity, coping with family separation, or facing court or immigration-related challenges, we’ll work together to uncover your strengths and build the resilience needed to move forward. As one client shared, “I finally felt like someone understood every part of what I was going through—not just the diagnosis.”

Therapy That Reflects You

Navigating adolescence and early adulthood can feel like a constant balancing act—between who you are, who others expect you to be, and what your future might hold. If you’re also carrying the weight of trauma, legal complications, or identity questions, that pressure can be even heavier. In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, judgment-free space to show up fully—however you define yourself.

We’ll draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic practices to meet your goals. Whether you're processing traumatic experiences, adjusting to life after legal involvement, or seeking relief from anxiety and overwhelm, we’ll tailor your care to what matters most to you.

You Belong Here—All of You

I specialize in working with young people who may feel like they don't fit the traditional mold—athletes dealing with performance pressure, youth in non-traditional families, undocumented or mixed-status clients, or those navigating LGBTQ+ identities in unsupportive environments. I also conduct psychological evaluations for immigration relief (e.g., asylum, hardship waivers, U-visas), always with cultural humility and clinical integrity.

No matter where you come from or what you're facing, your journey is valid. Whether your goals involve emotional healing, legal stability, or simply feeling more like yourself again, I’m here to walk with you—step by step.
