Compassionate Support for Those Historically Silenced and Overlooked- No Matter Who You Are or Who You Love!

Too often, teens and young adults—especially LGBTQ+ folx, immigrants, and BIPOC communities—are left feeling silenced, unseen, or dismissed. My practice is built to change that. Here, every part of who you are is recognized, affirmed, and supported.

I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ youth, neurodivergent clients, immigrants, and individuals navigating the legal or immigration system. Together, we’ll address the challenges you face—whether that’s exploring gender and sexual identity, managing digital stress, coping with family separation, or confronting court and immigration-related pressures. My goal is to help you uncover your strengths, reclaim resilience, and move forward authentically. As one client shared, ‘I finally felt like someone understood every part of what I was going through—not just the diagnosis.

Therapy That Honors Every
Part of You

Navigating adolescence and early adulthood can feel like a constant balancing act—between who you are, who others expect you to be, and what your future might hold. For LGBTQ+ youth, immigrants, BIPOC communities, and those facing trauma or legal pressures, that weight can feel especially heavy. In our sessions, you’ll find an affirming, judgment-free space to show up fully—seen, heard, and valued just as you are.

Together, we’ll draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic practices, and Brainspotting to support your healing. Whether you’re exploring gender or sexual identity, processing traumatic experiences, navigating life after legal involvement, or seeking relief from anxiety and overwhelm, we’ll tailor therapy to your unique story and goals.

You Belong Here—All of You

I specialize in working with young people who may feel like they don’t fit the traditional mold—athletes navigating performance pressure, youth in non-traditional families, undocumented or mixed-status clients, and LGBTQ+ teens and young adults facing unsupportive environments. My practice is built on the belief that no one should feel silenced or invisible. Here, your story, your identity, and your struggles are honored with compassion and respect.

I also provide psychological evaluations for immigration relief (including asylum, hardship waivers, and U-visas), always with cultural humility and clinical integrity. Whether your goals involve emotional healing, gaining legal stability, or reconnecting with your authentic self, I’m here to walk with you—step by step.
